Enrolling in the CAIR Data Exchange Portal allows providers located in the state of California to securely send immunization data from an Electronic Health Record (EHR) to the California Immunization Registry (CAIR).
Please review the steps below before enrolling.
If your practice is located in any of these counties, DO NOT ENROLL HERE:
Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Mariposa, Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tuolumne
